Welcome ... to the Villages at Timber Oak

We are a friendly condominium community of 328 units that was opened in 2006. Among 50 acres of beautifully landscaped property, we are situated in both the towns of Danbury and Bethel CT.

The Villages has an outdoor pool, clubhouse, exercise facility, tennis court and gazebo in a park-like setting. Many of our residents enjoy the open spacious grounds as they leisurely stroll through the community with their family and friends.  In addition, we are near many major retail outlets in the surrounding towns, and close access to parks, trails, theatres, public transportation and interstate highways that lead to New England and New York State/New York City.

Effective immediately the Clubhouse/Fitness Center will be accessible after 4:00 AM daily. The clubhouse will continue to close and be alarmed at midnight.

In order to eliminate any false alarms or activation please try not to access the Clubhouse at exactly 4:00 AM due to the fact that your watch may not be exactly the same as the alarm system clock.

Residents Forum Meeting

A Residents Forum meeting will be held at the clubhouse on January 30, 2020 at 7:00PM.  This meeting is intended to encourage a healthy exchange of ideas and thoughts about our community, discuss the ongoing activities and projects here at Timber Oak, as well as gather input from our residents. We realize that not all residents are available for our monthly board meetings so this could be an opportunity to become more informed of what's happening here at Timber Oak.
